• You agree contact us before opening ANY kind of dispute(s).
  

• Fraud(s) will NOT be tolerated. We will report any kind of fraud payment(s) to Paypal/CIMB/ and relevant authorities and will blacklist your IP, Email address, etc. HFW will co-operate fully with the authorities and payment providers to help unmask fraudsters. Remember to use your REAL info (Country, etc), using FAKE info can make the system to mark your order as "Fraud". Also note that, we DO NOT accept payment from bogus/fake accounts. Such payments found will be refunded within 48hours of notice and service suspended since such practices breaches the TOS of the latter payment gateways.

• Given the nature of the services we provide you, we do not accept any returns. Consequently, payments sent to us  means are Non-Refundable.

• At times some of our service(s) might be unavailable (temporarily). We make our level best to get things sorted out asap as long they are under our control. Consequently, if there are any disruption of service(s), please be patient (we always compensate our users for downtime(s)). And if you can't be patient, CONTACT US, we will issue a refund. We believe that communication can resolve most issues, so PLEASE contact us.

• You are agreeing not to abuse our service(s) and/or sharing your account with third parties. Such practices can lead to immediate suspension of premium membership without any compensation or/and refund.

• We have the right to deny service to any individuals/groups if we deem it is risky for us.

• Multiple Account(s) are NOT allowed.

• If we find that certain particular filehost(s) is/are becoming more aggresive/restrictive on their b/w limit(s), we reserve the right to amend the normal bandwidths we allocate to you so as to assure there is/are no shortage of resources.

• We reserve the right to change the TOS/AUP at any time, without prior notice.
